The firm account is free. Each client uses their own plan and pays for it themselves.

What is a document?: A cash receipt we turn into a VAT invoice, or a supplier invoice you forward into the same folder. Both count the same. Only successfully processed documents count against the quota.
What counts as a company?: A company is a legal entity. Cafés, restaurants or warehouses within the same entity are venues. They are unlimited and free.
An additional company: 5 EUR a month for each additional legal entity on Starter and Pro. For groups that keep their own books.
What does one lost receipt cost?: Every receipt carries 21 percent VAT: 5.21 EUR on a 30 EUR purchase. Without a VAT invoice it is never reclaimed. Three such receipts a month pay for Starter, everything after that is yours.

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Quotas are per company per calendar month; unused allowance does not carry over.
Maxima and IKI receipts are processed automatically. Lidl and Senukai ask for your one-tap confirmation. Rimi and Depo are in progress. Push to B1 and Rivilė is planned for Pro.
We never use or hold your retailer logins. The invoice is issued through the public self-service portal from the receipt details and your company code.
