Add a client company
You enter the company code only. We fill in the name, VAT code and address from the register.

Each company gets its own email address for receipts. Staff send photos and you do nothing.

Receive the archive on the first of the month
Every VAT invoice of the month in one ZIP file, per company. Or straight into your Google Drive folder.
One firm onboards thirty companies
One login, thirty clients, one monthly archive each. No client employee signs up, and you stop chasing receipts across retailer portals.
The firm account is free
- The accounting firm account costs nothing and the number of clients is unlimited
- Each client company inside it uses its own plan and pays for it: Free, Starter at 9 EUR or Pro at 24 EUR a month
- An intake address, a monthly archive and a delivery destination per client
- A client who changes accountant keeps the account, the history and the intake address
25 percent commission on every client plan
Every month you receive a quarter of the price of each paid plan your clients use. If you prefer, you pass the same amount to the client as a 25 percent discount. The commission is paid for as long as the client uses the service.
Data
- Everything is stored in the European Union, in the Google Cloud Frankfurt region.
- Receipt photos and invoice PDFs are deleted after 90 days. Invoices you have downloaded are yours and stay with you.
- We never see your clients’ bank data and have no access to accounting software. We receive a receipt photo and a company code, nothing else.
- The retailer receives only the receipt details and the company code. The retailer issues the invoice.
